(Currently with 39 falls
There is currently no
published book or database resource of Indiana waterfalls that I
know of. This was a challenge in creaing this database. I therefore
scrourged the web to find any information of published falls.
Besides these sites below, I also did google image searches and
searches in Flickr for Indiana waterfalls.
Like other states, a useful
site is Great Lakes Waterfalls, which has information & photos
of--and directions to--9 Indiana falls.
Another useful site is
Indiana Whitewater, a website more focused on kayaking down rivers,
but has info about falls because of needing to pass them.

Here is how it works: Each
link is a KMZ file for each individual State. Each State will have
subfolders in the KMZ file for individual counties or specific areas
(Like a designated national forest or park). All of the Placemarks
(KMZ's) of the individual waterfalls will be in these
